rates
rates vary per project + scope.
i provide a one-year window for tech support and minor revisions
at no additional cost (aside approved expenses occurred, if any)
on all major work agreements (e.g., design suites, platform automation).
exceptions
rates are are friendlier and more a la carte for non-profits, libraries/archival projects, journalists, and small communities/social groups.
gigs that are out-of-town, full time, require longer support, et cetera
(including environments like production studios & film sets):
i have limits for a reason, but if you have the resources, all things are possible.

exclusivity
as i have ongoing obligations, exclusivity is available at a premium.
i generally do not commit more than 20/hr week to a client project.
if a more urgent pace is required (e.g., film production), that is also negotiable.
total exclusivity is seriously demanding and requires serious compensation.
legal notices
my state's law doesn't accommodate non-compete contracts, nor do i.
non-disclosure agreements are available for client/ip/event privacy...
but are subject to pre-approval and rendered payment.
caveat, to hiring managers
i do not provide free work or labor as part of any hiring process.
clout, name recognition, experience, and opportunity are not legal tender.
you represent important people and organizations. don't embarrass them.
